Baptism card

I made a couple of these baptism cards to make a change from a variation of a design I have made lots of over the past couple of years which you can see here.

The cross is the smallest one from the Shapabilities Crosses Two set. The waves are torn strips of DCWV white core card, and the text was printed using Serif Craft Artist, which perfectly, easily and dependably allows me to accurately position text on any card size. This card is A6.

Project Life Slate Edition 'You Can Quote Me On This' LO

I put together this quick PL LO of our day at the Rewind 80s concert we went to last summer. DH and I enjoyed every minute of the 10 hours we were there. DS16...not so much! The quote card is attached to the photo at the top edge only, and hangs over the top of the page protector, allowing the part of the photo underneath to be viewed easily too.

Another LO from our camping holiday last summer. Only another few hundred photos to go!

Quirky Kit Lite campsite LO

I used various bits and pieces from Quirky Kit Lite kits for this LO. I never know which ones as I get them in a bit of a muddle once I start scrapping. I have a really sweet little butterfly punch which was perfect for mirroring the pattern on one of the t-shirts. The red sub-title was done on a real Dymo machine which fitted in perfectly with the fab Dymo style stickers.

Unfortunately the colours look a little washed out; it's much brighter in real life.

Having somewhere in excess of 2500 Project Life cards (yikes!!), I am attempting to use at least one on every LO I do. This LO is one of many that will make up pages from our camping holiday last year. With hundreds of photos to get in to an album, I am mixing traditional LOs, fancy PL pages, and very basic just-chuck-the-photos-into-the-page-protectors pages.

Sizzix new home card

I used the Sizzix On the Edge Townscape die to make this fairly simple new home card. The townscape was raised up along the bottom of the DL card with Pinflair glue.

Sizzix fence card

This is the third card of this type I've made now. The first one was for a friend's birthday, and she liked it so much, she has since asked me to make two more for her to give. You can find the other two here.

The theme was friendship, so I used the fabulous Sizzix Word Play die for the letters. The card was made by cutting the Sizzix Fence die 3 times each from mount board and thin white card. The mount board fences were joined together with thin strips of duct tape, with the tape then hidden by sticking the card fences over the top.

Here's the front.

This is the back of the card. Nestabilities dies were used to make the hanging panel for a hand written sentiment, with two large pieces cut and stuck back to back with a piece of wire sandwiched between them to make the hanging loop.
This is the card without the hanging panel.
