60th birthday prim poppy die cut card

After a long absence, I'm posting a card I made for a friend's 60th birthday.  It was a little fiddly, but less so than similar cards I've made, as I didn't make a raised frame, but stuck a coloured circle of card behind the aperture, not sticking down the bottom so I could poke the flower stems down behind the outer part of the card.  I've had so much use of the prim poppy die, and love the tonic message die I've had for ages but only used for the first time on this card.

Engagement card

I'm back blogging after a long absence as I lost the app I used to update the blog on my iPad.  I've got a lot to learn with this app but here's hoping I get the hang of it soon. I've not done a lot of crafting recently, but managed to make this engagement card using machine stitching and stamping.  It was inspired by one on Pinterest here.
